Among the proposals - which states all we be effective immediately unless noted:
IHSAA sponsorship of a sport when 30% of schools offer (currently 50%). Seems this impact is lacrosse?
For classifying sports, if the customary break has schools with equal enrollment (like Speedway and Eastern this cycle) all teams go in the higher class. Does not include football.
Private or Charter schools will have a 1.65 multiplier (Porter County Conference proposal) which does not seem to include open enrollment schools.
A school moved up due to success factor will only move back down if they have 1 point or below in the preceding two year cycle. It is currently two points or below to move down. If you win two sectionals or one regional in the cycle, you stay up.
Removal of the 600 mile limit for out of state contest limitations
