When do officials ever get accountability in this state? They get to call whatever they want with no recourse. What does an official have to do for it to be egregious enough for them to be penalized? Coaches get 2 technical fouls and they are not only gone in that game, but the next game as well. And those technical fouls are given at the discretion of the officials working the game. Yes, we struggle to get officials to work in these days….but when does the buck stop here??? Officials are humans, just like coaches, but from where I stand, officials can do whatever they want and have no recourse. Way too much power given to mediocre stewards of the game if you ask me.
